I am passionate about helping millennials & college/university students who are feeling anxious or depressed, encountering difficulties at school or at work, experiencing problems in their relationship or with their family, going through a life transition, etc., externalize their problem-saturated story, strategize action steps for achieving their goal in order to actualize their basic need for love, power, freedom and fun.
My approach to coaching is simple. I am not the expert on your life. You are. As a postmodern coach who incorporates choice theory into his work, I will not only look at how your choices/decisions have impacted your current situation. Rather, I will use a solution-focused model to help you activate your existing strengths, skills and resources in order to re-write your current story and create the future you desire to have.
You may have tried coaching/therapy before, and it did not work. Perhaps, this is your first time seeking professional help, and you’re not sure what to expect. Either way, I can understand that making this type of a commitment can be difficult and stressful. Nevertheless, I’m here to tell you that once you make the decision to transform your life, and you’re ready to do the work that is required, I’m confident you can make progress.
Additionally, I sponsor FREE online wellness courses to all my clients, which can be used to supplement our work together. Click here to learn more
