I specialize in helping countless people who suffer from some form of anxiety, depression, stress, anger, etc., improve the quality of their lives through using an evidence-based treatment called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (or CBT for short). Evidence-based simply means care that is backed by science and has proven to work through research, clinical trials, etc.
As a CBT practitioner, I provide my clients with a better understanding of how their thoughts determine their feelings, which in turn influences their behavior. Thus, to help clients identify and challenge unhealthy thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior, I offer the following:
